HomeMy WebLinkAbout20200225 Waiver Request Letter - Application - 210 HOLT ROAD 2/25/2020 ti Monica Gregoire Staff Planner Town of North Andover 120 Main Street North Andover, MA 01845 RE: TBI Recycling Facility Holt Road Monica, We are requesting a waiver under section 195-8.11.0 for the repair to the construction and demolition recycling and commercial waste transfer station on Holt Road. The building which was damaged in a fire in August will have no change to the location on the site, a reuse of the existing foundation, no foot print change, no change in height or width, no change of use, a duplicate building will go up. Section 195-8.11.0 states: Waiver of site plan review. MWhen, in the opinion of the Planning Board, the alteration or reconstruction of an existing structure or new use or change in use will not have a significant impact both within the site and in relation to adjacent properties and streets, on pedestrian and vehicular traffic, public services and infrastructure, environmental, unique and historic resources, abutting properties, and community needs, the Planning Board may determine, without a public hearing, that submission of a site plan review application is not required. The applicant must request a waiver from Site Plan Review in writing and may be required to submit supporting documentation that Site Plan Review is not required. The waiver request will be discussed at a regular session of the Planning Board.
