Work involves creating;a landscaping planted area with an interior area of lawn within the former footprint of an in-ground pool within 100-Foot Buffer:Zane to BW. Native plants to be installed by band,with no heavy equipment. No ground disturbance or:work is proposed within the 25-Foot No Disturb Zone. During;the May 27,2020 public meeting, the North Andover Conservation Commission voted unanimously to approve this as a Small Project Category"G".The project is approved only as it relates to the Conservation Commission and any and (if applicable) all other approvals should be obtained by the applicant/home owner.The applicant is responsible for determining property boundaries. Since then we also took down some trees;for which we also went through permitting. The planting is to be done by Garden Imprint, Inc., of Newburyport MA, using no heavy equipment.The native, plants have been selected to provide habitat for wildlife for which I consulted suggested plant lists provided by your office .
