Work involves creating;a landscaping planted area with an interior area of lawn within the former footprint of an in-ground pool within 100-Foot Buffer:Zane to BW. Native plants to be installed by band,with no heavy equipment. No ground disturbance or:work is proposed within the 25-Foot No Disturb Zone. During;the May 27,2020 public meeting, the North Andover Conservation Commission voted unanimously to approve this as a Small Project Category"G".The project is approved only as it relates to the Conservation Commission and any and (if applicable) all other approvals should be obtained by the applicant/home owner.The applicant is responsible for determining property boundaries. All-work shall conform to the following: RECORD DOCUMENTS: Small Project Filing Including: Application Cheeldist,Project Narrative and.Plant List, As-Built Plan of Land—Annotated with garden area Color Rendering of Garden Area Stamped Received May 13, 2020 The following conditions arc hereby mandated: CONDITIONS: 1, Prior to construction of the garden,after consultation with the Conservation Department,the limit of the 25--Foot No Disturb Zone shall be marked off with not less than two (2) weather resistant monuments (e.g. 2"x4"pressure treated posts,granite posts etc...,) evenly spaced, bearing;plaques with the following language "Protected Wetland Resource Area—No Disturbance". Said plaques can be purchased at Town Hall in the Conservation Department. 2. This condition list shall be filed with the North Andover Conservation Departm&t as NACC# INCOMPLETE APPLICATION-The following sections of the Wetland Protection Bylaw&/or Regulations have not been complied with and as a result this Department is rqecting this incomplete;Vplication w/in two (2)business days from the date of receipt (Section 178A North Andover Wetland Protection Bylaw). You may pick up this application and supporting plans at the Conservation Office and re-file with the required supporting documents and information. Since then we also took down some trees;for which we also went through permitting. The planting is to be done by Garden Imprint, Inc., of Newburyport MA, using no heavy equipment.The native, plants have been selected to provide habitat for wildlife for which I consulted suggested plant lists provided by your office .
