RE: 1995 Salem Street
Dear Mr. LaGrasse:
We have received your comments regarding the above-mentioned property and offer the following
responses:
1. The new benchmark location and elevation has been added to the plan.
2. The only impervious areas on the site currently is the house. The limit of gravel base for the
driveway and walkway have been added, however the driveway has not yet been paved and the
walkway has not been installed.
3. All utilities have been added to the plan.
4. Both the proposed dwelling and as-built dwelling are shown on the plan.
5. All the contours shown on the plan are the final grades. The 119-breakout requirement has
been added to the plan to display that the breakout elevation is lower than the drainage basin.
6. The reserve area has been added to the plan.
7. All the contours on the plan are the final grade contours.
8. The septic system was built in accordance with the approved design plan. The only differences
in the plan is the shape of the dwelling.
