Gregoire: This property was to be divided into three lots as reflected in a previously endors recorded plan. A new ANR has been submitted subdividing the property into two lots meeting all zoning & building requirements. Building and Conservation reviewed the new ANC.and have no issues. Stan Limpert,N. i t r 1 S i : We decided to refurbish and retain the Carolyn Stevens Rogers Building; similar to a 2-lot plan dating back to 1960,proposing to maintain both the Massachusetts Ave. building and the Historical Society headquarters. Simons: Expressed excitement for the change in general direction. MOTION: P. Boynton made a notion to approve the ANR and directed the Staff Planner to endorse the mylar on behalf of the Board for Boo Massachusetts Ave. Noith Andover Historical Society,North Andover, MA. J. A Greer: At the May 20, 2020 Plat i ng Board meeting, the Board approved numerous special permits at this site. An ANR was presented in place of the Definitive Subdivision Plan.and was reviewed by both Building and Conservation; there are no issues. The Definitive Subdivision Plan has been extended to Decemb er 1, 2020. A revised ANR plan was submitted this evening and Planning recommends endorsement of this revised plan. MOTION: J. CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARINGS 1160 Gireat Pond Road, Brooks School; (Continued o Ju1jY 7, 2020) Application for a Watershed Protection District Special Permit and Site Plan Review Special Permit under Chapter 195 Art 4 Pt 5, Section 1 5- , and Section 195-10.7 of the Town of North Andover Zoning Bylaw to authorize the phased redevelopment and reconstruction of certain existing developed areas of the Property, including relocation of the South Entrance, removal and reconstruction of buildings, access ways and landscape areas, improvements and installation of new drainage improvements and associated landscaping. The majority of the proposed work is within the General Zone with a small portion of reconstruction f walks, paring and landscaping on the outer edge of the Non-Discharge and Non-Discharge Zones.
