Specific information and the general guidelines for remote participation by members of the public and/or parties with a right and/or requirement to attend this meeting can to watch the meeting may do so on their televisions by tuning to Comcast Channel 8 or Verizon Channel 26 or online at www.northandovercam.org. No in-person attendance of members of the public will be permitted, but every effort will be made to ensure that the public can adequately access the proceedings in real time, via technological means. In the event that we are unable to do so, despite best efforts, we will post on the Town of North Andover website an audio or video recording, transcript, or other comprehensive record of proceedings as soon as possible after the meeting. If the public would like to participate in public hearings please email your question/comment prior to or during the meeting to jenright@northandoverma.gov. DISCUSSION ITEM 15 Carriage Chase, Alpha Development Corporation: Request for Waiver of a Watershed Special Permit, so as to allow the re-construction of a dwelling unit that has been razed due to a fire on April 25, 2020. The original foundation remains and re-construction is proposed on existing foundation. 175 Turnpike Street, Eaglewood Shops, John Smolak: Request for Insubstantial Change, a modification to Special Condition No. 6.f of the Site Plan Review Special Permit Decision, dated February 5, 2004, to enable the owners to lease space within Eaglewood Plaza for additional restaurant use. Schedule of Planning Board Filing Fees: Update to Schedule of Planning Board Filing Fees. NEW PUBLIC HEARINGS 350 Great Pond Road, Chris Burt: Application for a Watershed Special Permit to all for the repaving of an existing driveway, portions of which are located within the Non-Discharge and Non-Disturbance Zones.
