Re-inspection following 11/12 routine Inspection. Floors under fry o lator and Juice machine
have been substantially cleaned. Some grease remains stuck to equipment legs - complete
a deeper clean.
New floor tiles in back -great. Still need deeper clean behind oven.
Submit documentation of hood cleaning within two weeks.
