Conservation Conditions of Approval,NACC #254
Pursuant to section 4.4.2 () of the North Andover Wetlands Protection Regulations,Robert Wood
and Danielle Capobianco, applicants/homeowners, filed for a small project for work proposed at 56
Abbott Street,North Andover. The proposed work includes constructing a 126 s.f. paver patio
extension in the backyard of the property. The closest section of the patio is 53' from Bordering
Vegetated Wetlands (BVW) on the property.
During the August 12, 2020 public meeting, the North Andover Conservation Comroission voted
unanimously to approve this project as a Small Project under Category "F".The project is approved
only as it relates to the Conservation Commission and any and all other approvals should be
obtained by the applicant/homeownet. All work shall conform to the following.,

The following conditions are hereby mandated:
CONDITIONS:
1. Prior to the start of construction the applicant shall ensure that the site contractor has reviewed
the Small Projects Permit and is aware of the wetland resource area and the litnits of the
proposed work.
2. Prior to the start of construction, the site contractor shall install erosion controls (entrenched silt
fence) adjacent to the patio along the 50'No-Build zone.

3. Prior to the start of construction, the applicant shall schedule a pre-construction mectmg with
the Conservation Department.
4. Upon completion of the approved project and site stabilization,please contact the Conservation
Department for a final inspection.
S. This permit shall expire one year from the date of issuance.
