The proposed work includes constructing a 126 s.f. paver patio extension in the backyard of the property. The closest section of the patio is 53' from Bordering Vegetated Wetlands (BVW) on the property. During the August 12, 2020 public meeting, the North Andover Conservation Comroission voted unanimously to approve this project as a Small Project under Category "F".The project is approved only as it relates to the Conservation Commission and any and all other approvals should be obtained by the applicant/homeownet. Prior to the start of construction the applicant shall ensure that the site contractor has reviewed the Small Projects Permit and is aware of the wetland resource area and the litnits of the proposed work. 2.
