See the report notes for specific details. Inspection conducted under Covid guidelines including pre-inspection interview. Pre-inspection interview was completed online by Steve Dixon on 8/11/20. On site physical inspection conducted at 8:00 am on Friday 8/21. Pre-inspection interview reveals- Boston Chowdah is open for outdoor and indoor dining as well as take out and delivery. Menu has not changed recently. All associates must wear a mask. All patrons must wear a mask and socially distance from others. Half the tables have been removed to maintain 6 ft social distancing. Any sick employees must stay home and are required to get a test before return.
