The report was completed and emailed on 8/17/20. Phone interview with Harry completed on 8/12/20 included the following discussion- Bella's is currently just open for take out, no dining at this time. The menu has not changed. Tables are set up at entrance to keep customers and staff at least 6 feet apart. All staff wear masks. Orders are taken over the phone. Harry has some markings on order to put on the floor to indicate where to stand. Mask signage on the door. Typically one customer at a time, and if someone is inside the next person waits outside. Only using menu board, no paper menu. Staff are asked to report any symptoms to the manager. If staff are exposed then they must get tested before returning to work. They use a peroxide based multi leaner for disinfectant. Doors, register and counter surfaces are disinfected between customers. Staff access beverage coolers not customer. They prop open the back door for extra ventilation. `own of North Andover- Health Department
