Good Morning Dan,
The system at 130 Rea Street is ready for your final final inspection.
The pipe between the tanks has been installed properly and sealed. There
was water coming in around the pipe but that is the only location in the tanks
that was leaking.
The end caps with holes are installed and the pump is operational. To operate
the pump just turn on the exterior disconnect and it will star to run. I left it a bit
overfull so it will start up and pump for a while. The alarm is silenced inside but
it does work.
If you need to see the inside electrical components let me know when you will
be there and someone will meet you to let you in the home.
Ben

Brian, Steve, Toni -
hope this email finds you all well personally and the health department
coping as best as possible during this pandemic.
Quick update on 130 Rea Street - I had an inspection scheduled this weekend
with the installer. He has been battling a bad back and was unable to meet
me there but unfortunately he was in such poor condition that he forget to let
me know. Jim Kellett is such a nice fellow and he felt terrible about it.
went to the site as scheduled and did what I could by myself, but I am going
to need to return to do the inspection together with him once he is well.
Unfortunately we are going to need to charge for this additional endeavor.
There will be a small upcharge on the month end invoice that you will see so
wanted to let you know about it beforehand in case there were any questions.
