We found items to generally be in good working condition with a few matters to share with you: 1. The Alarm and On floats needed to be re-wired. This should be checked at the final grade inspection 2. Manhole covers to grade needed to be installed. This should be checked at the final grade inspection 3. Covers to grade need to be placed over the sweeps at the end of the leach lines. This should be checked at the final grade inspection 4. The water service was replaced but did not maintain 10'from the soil absorption system. This should be depicted on the as-built plan, and you may wish to have the designer request a retroactive Local Upgrade Approval ,jL Any questions, please do let me know.
