As you will see from my home's record, since owning the home in 2014 we have had the tank pumped annually in July. This year, given the COVID-19 pandemic, we had the tank pumped a month early in June. In response to your letter, on 8/27, 1 spoke with Neil Bateson of Bateson Enterprises Inc (978-475-4786). Neil has been managing our septic since 2014 and reports the Heavy Solids in Tank are in direct relation to the COVID-19 pandemic which has required everyone to remain in their homes 24/7. He further reports the level of the tank is normal and appears to be in good condition. He adds that many of the homes he has serviced over the past quarter have had heavy solids in tanks due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I understand you are not able to remove the 6/11 record, but please include this letter in the home's public record as explanation for this anomaly. Should you have any questions, please call me. Thank you. Meagan Duignan Meagan Duignan 767 Johnson Street 978-578-5261
