Hutchins Legal Notice North Andover Zoning Board of Appeals Notice is hereby given that the Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at the Senior Center at 120R Main Street, North Andover, MA on Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at 7:30 PM to all parties interested in the petition of Meghan Long for property at 55-57 Furber Avenue (Map 081.0, Parcel 0054), North Andover, MA 01845 in the R-4 Zoning District. The Applicant is requesting a Variance pursuant to Town of North Andover Zoning Bylaws, Section §195-4.3(A) Residence 4 District to demolish an existing single family home and detached garage and construct a new home in the R-4 Zoning District, specifically, Applicant has requested two residential buildings per lot, one residential building per lot allowed, needing a relief variance of one residential building. Application and supporting materials are available for review at the office of the Zoning Department located at 120 Main Street, North Andover, MA, on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from the hours of 8:00 am-4:00 pm, Tuesday from the hours of 8:00 am-5:30 pm, and Friday from the hours of 8:00 am- 11:30 am.
