9 SITE VISIT: Meeting location: Meet at 1116 Great Pond Road driveway.

11 Planning Board Site Visit(No Deliberation). This matter will be discussed at a continued Planning Board
12 public hearing scheduled for Tuesday, September 1, 2020,North Andover Town Hall,

14 1.160 Great Pond Road,Brooks School: Application for a Watershed Protection District Special Permit and Site
15 Platt Review Special Permit under Chapter 195 Art 4 Pt 5, Section 195-8, and Section 195-10.7 of the Town of
16 North Andover Zoning Bylaw to authorize the phased redevelopment and reconstruction of certain existing
17 developed areas of the Property, including relocation of the South Entrance, removal attd reconstruction of
18 buildings,access ways and landscape areas, improvements and installation of new drainage improvements and
19 associated landscaping. The majority of the proposed work is within the General Zone with a small portion of
20 reconstruction of walks, parking and landscaping on the outer edge of the Non-Disturbance and Non-Discharge
21 Zones. The project is located in the Residential 1 (R 1)Zone.

23 Applicant team (Andrew Leonard, Anthony Cleaves, Paul Griffin, and Brian Vaughan)provided an overview of
24 the proposed relocation of the south entrance; revisions to entrance to improve sight lines, stone wall
25 improvements, gate location,topography, etc. Walked the property to review proposed removal and
26 reconstruction of buildings, access ways, and installation of new drainage improvements.
