Conditions include: • A six inch threshold measured from its finished drain to the top of the threshold. • Shall be equipped with only one shower head with a flow control device that limits the total flow to a maximum of 2.5 G.P.M. This variance decision is, based on the presentation, information and documentation provided by the applicant and is applicable to this end user and this site only. All other plumbing and gas fitting work if applicable shall comply with the rules and regulations of 248 CMR 3.00 through 10.00 and all other applicable statutes and codes.
