The proposed work includes removal of faux brick tiles and handrails on the front entrance landing and stairs and replacing them with granite treads and new handrails. The existing paver wall�vay shall be replaced in the same footprint with either concrete or new patio paver blocks. Construction equipment and vehicles shall be operated from the paved driveway. During the September 9, 2020 public meeting, the North Andover Conservation Commission found this project to qualify as a Small Project Permit and voted unanimously to approve this project as proposed under Category"L2' subject to compliance with the conditions listed below. The project is approved only as it relates to the Conservation Commission and any and all other approvals should be obtained by the applicant/homeowner. Prior to the start of construction, (3) three 4x4 pressure treated posts and the existing wetland markers shall be installed along the edge of the 25-Foot No Disturb Zone, at the direction of the Conservation Adrrbinistrator. i 2. Demolition materials shall be stored outside of the 100' buffer zone. 4.
