Conditions of Approval,NACC#264 t Pursuant to section 4.4.2 (B) of the North Andover Wetlands Protection Regulations,Thomas Quinn on behalf of the homeowners, filed for a Small Project Permit for work proposed at 684 Salem Street,North Andover. Work involves in-kind deck:replacement (489 square feet)within 100-Foot Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetland (BV . Footings may need to be replaced and may consist of either 12" diameter concrete footings or Helical Piles. The existing deck is 83 feet from the BVW at its closest point. **IF CONCRETE FOOTINGS ARE PROPOSED SEE SPECIAL CONDITION RELATIVE TO EROSION CONTROLS.* During the.October 14,2020 public meeting,the North Andover Conservation Commission voted unanimously to approve this as a Small Project Category"B".The project is approved only as it relates to the Conservation Comn-ilssion and any and (if applicable) all other approvals should be obtained by the applicant/home owner:. Prior to the start of construction the applicant shall ensure that the site contractor has reviewed the small project permit and is aware of the wetland resource area and the limits of the proposed work. 3.
