Conservation Conditions of Approval, NACC #265
Pursuant to section 4.4.2 (B) of the North Andover Wetlands Protection Regulations,Russell Stott
of Andover Landscape, on behalf of the homeowner, filed for a Small Project Permit for work
proposed at 226 Abbott Street,North Andover. Work involves demolition of existing front stairs
and landing and construction of new landing and stairs with a portico at 8' x 6'.Vtotal footprint.
\N� c Work is Nvid-tin 100-Foot Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetland (B-V Th landing is 91
feet from the BV\X/at its closest point.
During the October 14,2020 public meeting,the North Andover Conservation Commission voted
unanimously to approve this as a Small Project Category"L". The project is approved only as it
relates to the Conservation Con-irnission andany and (if applicable) all other approvals should be
obtained by the applicant/home owner. The applicant is responsible for determining property
boundarics. All work shall conform to the following:

The following,conditions are hereby mandated:
CONDITIONS:
1. Prior to the start of construction the applicant shall ensure that the site contractor has
reviewed the small project permit and is aware of the wetland resource area and the limits of the
proposed work.

2. Prior to work, staked straw wattle shall be installed along the up-gradient side of the driveway

to contain the work area and a site inspection with the Conservation Department shall be
schedule to inspect same.
1 A post-construction site inspection shall be scheduled with the Consetiation Department to
verify compliance with this approval.
4. This permit shall expire one year from the date of isspance.
