Melvin who requested a variatic~ of See. 6.3, 1~. 2 of the Zoning ~y-Lav aa as to permit the division of aa exist4nZ lot into two Iota; one lot to contain 25,000 sq. ft. and o~e lot to contain 1~,700 sq. ft. as per attached plaa, un the premises, located at the west side of Stevems Street, approx. 2~ feet distant fr~ the ocrner of Pleasant Street and known as No. 271 Stevens Street. 1~. 1~1~ exp~a4ned that he ~mnted to divide the lots ~ u~.-~ato the ~ ~ set up legal boundaries.
