Dear Mr. Koch:
Attached, please find our variance petition for 505 Sutton Street,the former Knights of
Columbus property. Our proposed project consists of 136 multifamily rental units in three
buildings to be constructed. As you may be aware, the Planning Board modified its three
decisions in February 2020 andl this application is made for the purpose of aligning the ZBA
decision with those decisions.
Included are the application, the plans, the abutter list, a check for the application fee, a check
for postage, first class postage stamps, mailing labels, and a memorandum in support of the
petition.
We look forward to meeting with the Zoning Board of Appeals to discuss this worthwhile
project.
