We are next door neighbors of Erin and Mike Scully and want to express our full support for
Erin& Mike's side yard variance request. The proposed addition that the Scully's are looking to
construct at 20 Fox Hill Road will fit in with the overall character of our neighborhood and will
help increase all our property value. We would like to urge the Board to approve their requested
variance.

Dear Chairperson Koch and Zoning Board of Appeals Members,
I understand that my neighbors, Mike and Erin Scully, are planning to construct an addition on
their home at 20 Fox Hill Road and that they are asking the Zoning Board for a variance from the
30' side yard setback requirement. I am in favor of the Scully's addition and urge the Board to
