North Andover Zoning Board of Appeals
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing remotely, via conference
call, on Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at 7:30 PM to all parties interested in the petition of Michael Scully
for property at 20 Fox Hill Road (Map 37C, Parcel 49), North Andover, MA 01845 in the R-2
Zoning District.
The Applicant is requesting a Variance from Section 195-7.3 Yards (setbacks), Table 2 (Dimensional
Requirements) of the Town of North Andover Zoning Bylaws, for right side setback in the R-2 Zoning
District to construct an addition on to the existing home. The right side setback proposed is 16.8 feet;
the right side setback required is 30 feet; the relief variance requested is 13.2 feet.
Due to the State issued Emergency Order, Town Hall is currently closed. Therefore, the Application
www.northandoverma.gov under Document Center.
