The proposed work includes constructing of an expanded section of paver patio in the backyard of the property.The Commission issued a Small Project Permit in August of 2020 (NACC#254) for a proposed patio measuring 126 s.f The Applicant returned under this application to extend the patio to wrap around the existing hot tub, for a grand total of 2.81 square feet of patio. The closest section of the patio is now 50' from Bordering Vegetated Wetlands (PV\X0 on the property and measurement of same was confirmed by Conservation Department staff: During the November 18,2020 public meeting, the North Andover Conservation Commission voted unanimously to appro%,e this project as a Small Project under Category'T".The project is approved only as it relates to the Conservation Con-in scion and any and all other approvals should be obtained by the applicant/homeowner. Prior to the start of construction the applicant shall ensure that the site contractor has reviewed the Small Projects Pernut and is aware of the rvethand resource area and the limits of the proposed work. 2. Prior to the start of construction, the site contractor/homcowner shall install erosion controls (entrenched silt fence) adjacent to the entire area of proposed patio along the 50'No--Build zone. 3. Prior to the start of construction, the applicant shall schedule a pre-construction meeting with the Conservation Department. 4. Upon completion of the approved project and site stabilization,please contact the Conservation Department for a final inspection. 5. This permit shall expire one year from the date of issuance.
