Conservation Conditions of Approval,NACC #268
Pursuant to section 4.4.2 " of the North Andover.Wetlands Protection.Regulations,Robert Wood
and Danielle Capobianco,applicants/horneowners,filed for a small project for work proposed at 56
Abbott Street,North Andover. The proposed work includes constructing of an expanded section of
paver patio in the backyard of the property.The Commission issued a Small Project Permit in
August of 2020 (NACC#254) for a proposed patio measuring 126 s.f The Applicant returned under
this application to extend the patio to wrap around the existing hot tub, for a grand total of 2.81
square feet of patio. The closest section of the patio is now 50' from Bordering Vegetated Wetlands
(PV\X0 on the property and measurement of same was confirmed by Conservation Department
staff:
During the November 18,2020 public meeting, the North Andover Conservation Commission
voted unanimously to appro%,e this project as a Small Project under Category'T".The project is
approved only as it relates to the Conservation Con-in scion and any and all other approvals should
be obtained by the applicant/homeowner. All work shall conform to the following:

1. Prior to the start of construction the applicant shall ensure that the site contractor has reviewed
the Small Projects Pernut and is aware of the rvethand resource area and the limits of the
proposed work.
2. Prior to the start of construction, the site contractor/homcowner shall install erosion controls
(entrenched silt fence) adjacent to the entire area of proposed patio along the 50'No--Build zone.
3. Prior to the start of construction, the applicant shall schedule a pre-construction meeting with
the Conservation Department.
4. Upon completion of the approved project and site stabilization,please contact the Conservation
Department for a final inspection.
5. This permit shall expire one year from the date of issuance.

Certified and/oar professionally prepared plans are not required. However,the North Andover Conservation
Co ntrussion or its designated agent shall have the final authority to determine whether the submitted
plans/drawings are adequate and include all pertinent information for review.
At a minimum,all plans submitted shall clearly and accurately shove the present conditions and proposed work
and depict the location of all,wetiand resource areas within 100`of the proposed.work.. All plans must be signed
and dated by the person who preparedd them. i

aforementioned criteria where applicable:
Location of any subsurface sewage disposal systems.
Locations of any drainage structures.
El Locations of any easements,including but not'limited to,drainage.and utility easements.
El Locations any open space bousidaries if(e.g.if the lot is affected by the 0'open space boundary as required
in a planned Residential Development(PRD)).
Location and nature of all proposed alterations to the Buffer Zone Resource Area.
