North Andover Zoning Board of Appeals
Notice is hereby given that the North Andover Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing
remotely, via conference call, on Tuesday, September 08, 2020 at 7:30 PM to all parties interested in the
petition of Stephen Bruns for property at 59 Willow Ridge Road (Map 107.d, Parcel 0090), North
Andover, MA 01845 in the R-2 Zoning District.
The Applicant is requesting a Variance pursuant to Town of North Andover Zoning Bylaws Section 195-
7.3B, Table 2 (Dimensional Requirements) for one side setback in the R-2 Zoning District for the purpose
of constructing a storage shed. Specifically, Applicant has requested a right sidesetback
needing a relief variance of 18.0 feet (the side setback proposed is 12.0 feet and the side setback required
per Table 2 is 30.0 feet).
Application and supporting materials are available for review by appointment at the office of the Zoning
Department located at 120 Main Street, North Andover, MA, on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday
from the hours of 8:00 am-4:00 pm, Tuesday from the hours of 8:00 am-5:30 pm, and Friday from the
hours of 8:00 am-11:30 am.
