Conversation Included- Captain Pizza is open for take out and they have a couple tables to dine in. They have plexiglass at the counter. They provide curbside pick up and a credit card self service unit. Door knobs and counter and other frequently touched surfaces are disinfected regularly. Sanitizer is available for customers. Discussed making your own disinfectant using 5 TBS bleach to 1 gallon water per CDC guidance. (Use this only for frequently touched surfaces for covid. Continue to use your normal sanitizer in the kitchen for food contact surfaces). On site inspection completed with Robert on 11/7/20 at 11:30. Inspection revealed- All items retail display a complete label. Plexiglass and signage available as described. All staff are wearing masks. They have disinfectant available.
