Pre-Inspection Interview completed on 11/3/20 on the phone with Greg. Discussion Included-
Burtons Grill is open for indoor and outdoor dining, curbside pick up and delivery. All staff wear
masks. Signage at all entrances. Menu is in a wi pea ble,sleeve. They have. A temp check system
and screening questions are asked at lunch in. Using a Trimark disinfectant and sanitizing spray.
Hand sanitizer stand at the front.
On site inspection Saturday 11/7 at 10:30 AM revealed-
Facility covid policies were as described. Masks in use, plexiglass at booths and register. Spacing
was adequate except two chairs at front. Continue to be mindful to arrange chairs so each party is
6 ft apart when seated. A few droppings observed in back dry storage- clean the area and consult
with pest control. Submit pest receipts to Health Dept.
