Thanksgiving pick up dinner (cooked to 165 deg F). Social distancing signage posted on line area.
Using an all purpose cleaner with bleach everywhere.
EPA disinfectant look up and health screening tool were emailed for reference.
On site inspection completed 11/7 at 2:30
Sanitizer in dish rinse 200 ppm - good
Facility's covid policies appear consistent with interview. Staff wearing masks. Social distance
signage is clear. Tables more than 6 ft apart. Completing employee screening verbally at this time.
