See the report notes for specific details. Pre-Inspection interview with Michael on 11/2/20 revealed- Harrison's is open for take out and delivery. All food is bagged. All staff wear face covering. Plexiglass at front counter. No seated customers. Employees sign a sheet daily attesting to their symptoms. Hand sanitizer is available for customers. High touch areas are cleaned between customers. On site inspection completed 11/7/20 at 8:30 AM with Michael M- Employees are completing a daily health screening log- excellent. We discussed indoor dining. The tables are currently closed. Indoor dining is currently permitted, so long as tables are spaced 6 ft apart OR using 6 ft nonporous dividers. Do not pre set any table. Provide single use condiments.
