Pr Two door refrigerator in front is currently empty, however it is on and is 50 deg F. Please do not use this
unit until it can be maintained 41 deg F or less. Code:Except during preparation, cooking, or cooling, or
when time is used as the public health control as specified under section 3-501.19, and except as specified
under paragraph (B) and in paragraph (C) of this section, TCS food shall be maintained at 41 OF or less.

Pre-inspection interview completed with Malkiat Gill on 10/30/20.
Bollywood is open for dining in and take out. Not catering now. Hand sanitizer is available at
entrance. Staff do screening daily to confirm they have no symptoms.
10.30.20 on site inspection observations-
Buffet is closed. No evidence of pests. Staff wearing masks.
In order to clearly indicate which tables are open, please add table tents indicating "closed" for
closed tables, allowing for 6 ft social distancing.
