Routine onsite Inspection completed with Joanna on Friday Nov 13 at 11:00 am.
Stevens is holding events outside under the tent. They use mostly disposable dishes and utensils.
Table cloth is changed between settings. Households are seated together, six people per table,
tables are preassigned. Tables are six or more feet apart from one another. Guests may only come
inside for the restroom, and for that they have clear signage and stanchions guiding them in the
right direction. Staff have temp checks and screening questions on each shift. There is no dancing.
Touch points are disinfected regularly.
