Pre-inspection interview completed on 10/23/20 on phone with Alan Yameen. Discussion included-
Currently hot prepared food area is closed, only sandwiches and chicken wings. All staff wear
masks. Not active curbside program currently. Using Ecological Solutions disinfectant. At least
twice daily disinfecting of high touch areas. Maintenance crew cleans back rooms. Plexiglass and
sanitizer at registers.
Routine inspection completed on site on 10.30.20 at 7 AM

questions at front as they arrive- great.
Facility appears clean, no evidence of pests.
Covid Policies are as described- all staff are wearing masks.
