Work involves installing an aluminum picket boundary fence along the rear property lines portions of the fence run within 100-Foot Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Weiland (BVW . The fence is approximately 75 feet from the BVW at its closest point. During the January 27,2021 public meeting, the North Andover Conservation Commission voted unanimously to approve this as a Small Project Category "H".The project is approved only as it relates to the Conscixation Commission and any and all other approvals (if applicable) should be obtained by the applicant/homeowner.The applicant is responsible for determining properqr boundaries.All work shall conform to the following: RECORD DOCUMENTS: Small Project Filing Including: Application Checklist Project Overview Narrative Definitive Subdivision Plan for Improvement of Rea Strect, annotated by the applicant to show location of fence Fence Specifications (2 pages) The following conditions are hereby mandated: CONDITIONS: 1. Plan Reluirernents(Section 4.4.3 B), Certified and/or professionally prepared plans are not required. However,the forth Andover Conservation Commission or its designated agent shall have the final authority to determine whether the submitted plans/drawings are adequate and include all pertinent information for review. At a minimum,all plans submitted shall clearly and accurately show the present conditions and proposed work and depict the location of all wetland resource areas within 100'of the proposed work. All plans must be signed and dated by the'person` ho prepared them. The Commission mar also require the fallowing information on the proposed plans in addition to the aforementioned criter6ia where applicable: ❑ Location of any subsurface sewage disposal systems. ❑ Locations of any drainage structures. El Locations of any easements,including but not,limited to,drainage and utility easements. ❑ Locations of any open space boundaries if(e.g.if the lot is affected by the 50' open space boundary as required. in a Planned Residential Development(PRD)). , ❑ Location and nature of all proposed alterations to the Buffer Zone Reso rce,Area.
