Call to order: 9:04 AM
Roll call& Governor's Notice on Open Meeting/Virtual Meeting was read by Larry Smith
Minutes: A correction to the minutes of November 10th, 2020,was noted by Irene O'Brien mentioning that the
donation of the Market Basket bags to the Senior Center was made through the efforts and office of MA State
Senator Diana DiZoglio. The meetings were approved on motion by Dave VanArsdale, second by Maria Rosati.

Tax Abatement Committee: Quentara Costa-
The Committee will be sending an email to the town Assessors Office to set up a future meeting to re
visit the potential website development and roll-out.
Building Committee: Patricia Riley-
No current information to report.
Senior Center Updates: Irene O'Brien-
A year in review was provided from Irene and all the wonderful services they have been able to provide
during the year to the seniors in the community, despite the challenges presented from COVID-19.
Food Service distributions continue throughout the community. All December meals on wheels will receive a
$25.00 Market Basket gift certificate.
The brown bag service is currently cancelled by Merrimack Valley Services for December.
Fifty food bag deliveries have gone out that included a$25.00 gift card to market Basket. Irene hopes that fifty
additional more bags may be able to go out to the senior housing communities.
Donations for the food drive continue to be received and the senior center is very thankful for these.
The SHINE Program ended 12/07/20.
The annual budget for the senior center from 2020 to 2021 had no change.
Any excess funds that were not used in 2020 will be absorbed in the general fund and will be submitted to Lynn
Savage on January 15, 2021.
The center is expecting a new van in 2021 from the capital improvement fund.
The Newsletter for the center will be going out in the next couple weeks and it will be a walk down memory lane.
Board of Health update: Joe McCarthy-
Joe also serves as the Chair of the North Andover Board of Health and he gave an update on the COVID-
19 statistics locally and nationally. Please see the attached update.
