8 The North Andover Health Department has reviewed the project and there are no concerns as all
permitting for Food,processing and distribution will be under the jurisdiction of the state.(See
email correspondence fto,m Brian LaGrasse dated March 19,2019).
9 The Planning Board's Consulting Storm vat r Engineer has stated that the Applicant has
adequately responded to i6omments(See letter from Horsley Witten Group dated March 18,
2019).
1 The project incorporates Low Impact Design as there will he vegetated infiltration basins which
it I provide storage and infiltration of "water quality volume.
11 An underground detentioh system will be constructed out of washed stone and perforated pipe
below the-parking area which include an underdrain to fully drain the detention system between
storm events. s
12 No permanent screening hedge or fence will he provided between Willow Street and the parking
lot,

poles,utilities and drainage infrastructure.
1 Stormwater from the detention system will be discharged trough an outlet control to a level
spreader with plunge pool to promote sheet flow prior to discharge.
