The proposed industrial use will requires 51 parkin spaces. 5 parking spaces will be provided.4) g The North Andover Inspector of Buildings reviewed the site and deterrni ned that the plan complied.with.A A.re uirement (See email from Paul Hutchins dated February2'7 2019). 5 The North Andover Fire Department reviewed the project and has conf"nmed t � ability 1ng a►h�l�ty for the Fire Department apparatus(See email ftors Deputy Chief Graham Rowe dated Mar 2019). 6) The North Andover Polies;Department has reviewed the project and finds that fencingor other i � p+ � � plantings,signs, obtruotns should not be placed in the view o lines f en and exit ot .
