Project t 100 Willow St. North ver, MA.
Currently, the outstanding items left to do, at the site are the topcoat of the haver-ne t, the
striping of the topcoat and the landscaping,which has a value of$35,000.00in our scope. Thus
would include final grading of the area around the vegetated infiltration basin, along with the
loarning, of the entire site and the installation of trees, & shrubs l s that were included in the Morin
Cameron -, r [led C ll Drawings.
C C'°s goal for this t a i l memo is to,gain a bond for the remaining work so that we can obtain
full Certificate of Occupancy and allow JAFCO Gourmet Foods to,initiate their financiall
backing.

SUMMARY
On January 21, 2020,the Planning Board (the"Board")will discuss the establishment of a$35,000 bond
requested by CMC Design on behalf of their client,JAF o Gourmet Specialty Foods prior to the issuance
of a Certificate of occupancy. This bond associated with a Site Plan Review Special Permit approved b
the Planning Board ""the Board") on April 2, 2019 at too Willow Street,Assessor's Map g,l , Parcel 54
(the "Property,"). JAFCO Gourmet Specialty Foods(the "'Applicant") was granted a Special Permit to
expand parking facilities to increase the number of parking spaces from approximately 9 spaces to S
spaces, modify the building's exterior to increase the number of loading bays from 2 to 4, stormwater
management improvements and associated landscaping(the ""Project,"). The majority of the approved
Project is complete, however the following outstanding items remain:
• Pavement topcoat;
* Striping of the topcoat;
• Landscaping;
Final grading of the area around the vegetated infiltration basin; and
& Loading of the entire site and installation of trees and shrubs.
The Applicant is currently operating under a temporary Certificate of occupancy allow for office and
production uses. The Temporary Certificate of Occupancy was signed off by the Planning Department
on January 2, 2020 and expires on February 1, 2020.
NEXT STEPS
If the Board feels it has sufficient information,,the board should vote to modify the approved Decision to
add a condition for the requested bond prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy.

I recently met on-site at 100 Willow Street with Amy to discuss the pavement repairs that the owner is interested in
performing prior to the completion of construction out there. At this, point they are looking at mid-Novernber to button
everything up with the now arl in Ilott but that may change slightly of course.,
'The attached plan was,prepared, for my site walk with Amy, which shows the approximate pavernent repairs,within the
1 00-ft buffer zone to the BVW. The replair,s would also extend into the area that is outside of the buffer zone, since
some of that paviernent is compromised as,well. Everything will simply be replaced ins�-kind, and no additional pavement
or alterations to drainage patterns are proposed. In fact, I discussed with Amy that we will clean up,the low point when
runoff concentrates and install a rip-rap lined forebay there to trap sediment and debris.,
Array agrees that this work will only require a Request for Determination of Applicability filing, but She suggested that I
contact you as well. We hope to get through the Conservation permitting expeditiously SO that all construction work will
be completed before winter on the firrieline described above. The pavement repairs would be performed at the same
