construction and site construction. Phase I Apartment Building was-completed In accordance with the
approved plans with the following clo Of Ications and revisions.The following tans I and 2 are scheduled
to be campleted and tans 3 thro ugh "were field revisions.
I "of finish top coat of paving to be done in June I am told it will be soon).
. Parking lines to be completed soon after finish paving.
B. The sidewolk on Saunders Street was omitted and the street berm was pushed back to the
propel lire .}.as per Town request.
4. Saunders Street side sloped sidewalk from entry door to street was omitted and platform and l
steps.were added as per sketch approved by Town.
S. Driveway sl ew it removed,replaced with grass,and sloped ADA access sidewalk added at
-'} main entrance.
. Rear trash a0cess door did not show sidewalk on original plan,however bituminous sidewalk
wa s needed and-added along with a terrace patio for mechanical units a nd trash containers.
ti Sketch plan added.
, Lava irrig Lion system added.
The above items 1 and 2 were.part of nay punch list. i certify that the above information is complete
and accurate.
