EXISTING VS. PROPOSED SUMMARY OF SITE REDEVELOPMENT
The existing Saunders street drainage system appears undersized per analysis of pre-
development conditions. This is likely due to the small diameter r l 0" of the clay
pipes used in the road drainage system. In the pre-development analysis, existing
catch is ire Saunders Street overtop in I 0-year and higher storm events.
2. Based on the proposed site layout and grading, there is a reduction in off-site flog t
the Saunders Street drainage system at catch basin 44. Additionally,there is a
reduction of off-site flow to the adjacent parcel (Lot 58- 4 . There will be a
negligible increase to off-site flog to the Main Street drainage system at catch basin
# . See attached comparisons.
3. The total net impacts to all ff-site areas are as follows:
