The project has been completed andthe, applicant i requesting to have the performance bond released. All work has been satisfactorily l lr� accordance' the approved ptans and the Site Plan Review Special Permit Decisionwith the following exceptions: Minor changes in the as-built ellevation of the parking lot along the proposed infiltration basin resulted in the need to modify the infiltration basin,, gradingstightly along Wiltow Street "in order to achievethe required, sign volulme for the basin. The proposed grade changes were discussed with and approved by the North Andover Department of Public 'Works. The gas-built basin is in substantial compliance with the approved desigin plan. Several f shade trees along ng Willow Street were spaced' at intervat,s greater �n 30- ,40 feet due to conflicts with subsurface utility and drainage system components. 0 The, proposed design plan showed 4 proposed rki'ng spaces on the right side, f the access driveway located our,the,far left (sough) sit'de of the site. A concrete padwas buittin the location of those spaces, ar tng spaces have not been stripped' ors this pad but the, pad 'is large enough to accommodatespaces.
