The required revisions will be incorporated into the revised plan set to be provided in add anof approval. For clarity,, the comments,are,in a bold font type, while our responses are directly below in an, italicized font type. Department of Public Works Comment,:, Sewer,lines shall be IPVC and not HDPE1, as,shown on the plan, and shiall' be Installed per DPW Specifications, 'The plans will be revised to show the correct sewer piple type of PVC,, per,DPW specifications. Comment-. Olid water and sewer lines are to be abandoned at the Town�'s main lines. This will r equi it a MassDOlT Street Opening Perm an it d Town Street,Opening Permit. The plains will be revised to,note that water and sewer pipes are to be,abandoned at the Town's main lines where,they will not be,reused by this project. The proper permits 'will be obtained prior to construction.
