constructed in the early 's and has outlived its useful life,Based on the current assessed value,
the future tax revenu e should more than double while adding little to n o additional demand on
existing pudic serv!ces.Additimially there will be building permit fees paid as well.M eau hll e,the
additional medical,financial and restaurant employment that will be generated frorn the proposed
commercial-uses will add significant opportunities for the community,The proposed building and

Community impact. Analysis of the roject's impact on the surrounding neighborhood in terms
of architectural consistency, pedestrian movement and overall character; impacts on nearby
historic structures res or pile, and an evaluation of the proposed project's consistency are
compat bility with existing local and regional plans.
