Routine food service inspection completed remotely due to covid inspection policy of risk reduction. On site inspection may be required if any questions or concerns come up. Phone interview with Mike Giampa on 10/26 followed by Submitted photos on 10/28/20. Interview revealed- Bookstore is open and serving prepackaged items only. Covid Signage is posted throughout. Hand sanitizer is available. All staff wear masks. Freezer and refrigerator temperatures are monitored by staff. Store register has plexiglass.
