Leo advises he will try to better support the floor under the door to close the gap and prevent pest incursion. Code:Outer openings of a food establishment shall be protected against the entry of insects and rodents by., filling or closing holes and other gaps along floors, walls, and ceilings;closed, tight-fitting windows;and solid, self-closing, tight fitting doors. Leo advised ASAP is scheduled to do the cleaning on 12/13. Code: The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean. Except for cleaning that is necessary due to a spill or other accident, cleaning shall be done during periods when the least amount of food is exposed such as after closing. See the report notes for specific details. Pre-inspection Interview completed 11/30/20 with Leo revealed- Amici's is open for indoor dining and take out. They have 8 tables, two closed in the middle to maintain distance. Tables and chairs are disinfected between customers. Delivery drivers leave delivery outside contactless. In restaurant they have one way flow and shield at counter. Leo asks staff screening questions daily. On site inspection completed 12/4/20 revealed- Covid policies are as described. We discussed the idea of adding additional air filtration. All staff are wearing face coverings. Town of North Andover- Health Department
