Pre-Inspection Interview completed with Tina on 12/1/2020 over the phone. Mikes is open for retail
as usual, except no coffee service. Plexiglass is at counter and all staff wear masks.
On site inspection completed 12/4/20 at noon revealed-
No self-service coffee currently due to covid guidelines. Advised that coffee service is permitted if
prepared by staff behind the counter and served to customers. All refrigeration is at temperature
and staff are wearing masks.
