See the report notes for specific details. Pre-Inspection Interview completed with Jose on 11/3/20. Discussion included- New cafe renovation included adding a second kitchen area so establishment is now L shaped. New area has three ovens, coolers, pizza sauce and cheese. Pizza is boxed and handed to customer by staff person. Establishment is now open to indoor dining and take out. There is a patio extension from the library where tables are socially distant. There are signs on tables to show when a table is cleaned. Sanitized between student seatings. They continue to test for covid twice a week. Everyone pre-screens using an app. You punch in and get temps using a laser thermometer. On site inspection on Tuesday 11/10/20 revealed- Covid policies are as described. To enter campus I was required to answer screening questions. All staff in cafe observed wearing masks and social distancing guidance is posted. All refrigeration at proper temperatures. Sanitizer is at proper concentration. Town of North Andover-Health Department
