Pre-inspection interview, completed with Michael Reppucci on 10/1 / 01. Discussion iln luded- Orzo is currently open for indoor dining and a few outdoor tables as well as take out. Menu has not changed. Face covering and social distancing signage posted. Customers can call or order online. Tables are six feet alplart. Menu is wiped down after each use. Tables set fresh for each party, utensils are gapped. They have a daily health screening for staff, Using Clorox �vipes. Sanitizer available at the entrance. On site inspection on 10/16 at g: g AM revealed- Facility and contact surfaces appear clean. avid policies have been implemented as described. Not currently seating at the bar. Recomimend adding additional protection at the host area such as plexiglass or floor signage to ensure 6 ft social distancing from host and other parties when waiting.
