Upstairs, unit - only Cambro is sent upstairs and shields are used. Using an electrostatic sanitizer which has reduced the time to disinfect the dining area, On 9120/20 Tom submitted a completed remote audit, copies of refrigerator logic, hood cleaning sticker, and employee health screening logs.
