Routine inspection conducted remotely due to COVI'D. Phone interview completed with Toni
Parsons 9/21/20 to discuss general policies and explain the remote audit process. items discussed
included- Tom conducts morning classrooms daily with staff to explain current to ask and employee
health policies, All staff have daily temperature checks. Upstairs, unit - only Cambro is sent upstairs
and shields are used. Using an electrostatic sanitizer which has reduced the time to disinfect the
dining area,
On 9120/20 Tom submitted a completed remote audit, copies of refrigerator logic, hood cleaning
sticker, and employee health screening logs. All covid polil appear consistent with current State
guidance,
For follow up, please submit a picture of mask and social distancing signage in the kitchen or
employee area.
