Pre-inspection, interview with Nick on 9/22/20. Discussion included- Jimmys Famous Pizza is open for take out, delivery. Indoor dining is closed. Three tables outside. Grub hub and Uber have pick up tables at entrance. Hand sanitizer is at entrance. No self service. They do daily survey of staff health. Following interview I spoke to Steve Casey in Health Dept who confirmed Jimmiys is welcome to open indoor dining according to the covid guidance. Inspection on site completed 9/26/20 at 10:30 am. Covid poliliciles appear as described. All staff wearing masks. Sauce was reheating at time of inspection. Please Confirm that it reaches 165 deg F rapidly, and then holds at 140 deg F.
