Pre-inspection phone interview with Ann Paul completed on 9/23/20. Discussion included-
Order and take out area has been reconfigured. Plexiglas is up at counter. Floor has directional
arrows for one way lime. Some oniline ordering, No,wholesale, No sampling now. Cuirbside still
available. Sanitizer available for customers.
On site inspection on 9/26/20 at 2 PM' reveals-
Covid policies are as described- good signage and social distancing guiclance. All staff wearing
mask and hair restraint. Facility very dean and no evidence of pests. All boxes are up off floor.
