Pre inspection interview completed with Franigi on 10/22. We discussed-
-Fari's is open for indoor seating. Every other booth is closed. They do daily temp checks. Using
Lysol disinfectant.
On site inspection on 10/24 revealed-
Site visit confirms following covid policies. Staff,wearing masks. Some new equipment installled per
plan review guidance.
