All staff and vendors wear m!asks. All food is prepared to go. Encourage mobile orders. Employees are trained on Hiness pollicy. Using Clorox wipes for high touch areas. Tables, doorknobs,, etc, Sanitizer is available at the register. On: site inspection 9/26 at 9:50 Am. Revealed - Dish rinse is 1851 deg F -good.
